Pre order
Our pre order only designs take around 4 weeks to be delivered
Some items can be preordered, these are generally not stocked by us but when we have enough requests we will ask our suppliers to produce them specially for you. From production to delivery can take around 3 to 4 weeks (you will be made aware of the expected delivery time before the pre order option is available) if there are any delays we will let you know.
Pre order items are exempt from our returns policy. These are not stocked items and ordered specifically for you when you place your order. By placing a pre order you accept that it will not be eligible for return if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size.
T-shirts, hoodies and vests
T-shirts, vests and hoodies are custom printed to order and unless a mistake is made by us they are not eligible for return due to them not being a stocked item and ordered from our supplier when an order is placed via www.beyourhappyplace.co.uk
Returns
Please contact us within 14 days if you wish to return your item. We will be happy to refund or exchange the product, provided they are returned in an unworn, unwashed and fully resaleable condition. Return postage is your responsibility. Some items, such as pre ordered/made to order items (t shirts/hoodies etc), are also excluded from our refund policy due to them being ‘customised items’ and ordered/made for each individual order
What is NOT eligible for refunds
▪️ALL t shirts, hoodies and vests
▪️Items received after 14 days (without notifying us) will only be eligable for a credit voucher
▪️Items received after 28 days will not be refunded (We can arrange to have these sent back to you at your cost)
▪️Items received without original tags (activewear) or with tag reattached will not be refunded (We can arrange to have these sent back to you at your cost)
▪️Items that are not in a resaleable condition – Have been washed/smell of smoke/animals will not be refunded (We can arrange to have these sent back to you at your cost)
▪️Lucky dip, pre order and sale items
Faults
In the unlikely event your product becomes faulty in the first 30 days of wear please contact us and we will provide a return label, if you use this service without authorisation from us we will recover £4 from the refund amount to cover the Royal Mail costs that we are charged by using this service as it is for faulty items only and return postage is your responsibility. Anything over this would be considered wear and tear.
Care
Items should be washed at 30 degrees inside out, and left to hang dry in order to keep them looking great. We also advise not to use fabric conditioner as this may affect the moisture wicking capabilities of items.
